We have worked with Utopia Management/Leticia Ramos for 8 months now, they are a pleasure to do business with. Leticia is professional, personable, terrific at her job. She is readily accessible, returning calls/emails promptly. She follows up right away on issues that arise. She is both proactive and collaborative in managing our apt. bldg. She addresses both my concerns as an owner as well as the concerns of the tenants. When challenging situations arise, she is a problem solver. As a landlord, we have several properties managed through Utopia Management Inc. Their greatest attribute which I find particularly good is communication. I have found some agents to be difficult to get hold of. I am always able to contact Utopia Management Inc and discuss any issues I have.
